This is the fair question, and the honest answer is: accurate enough to trust on the routine, with a human check kept on the exceptions. Today’s document AI reads standard business documents — invoices, forms, statements — at a very high hit rate, well past what a person managing hundreds a week sustains without slipping. But “very high” isn’t “perfect”, and anyone who tells you it never errs is selling you a problem down the track.
